Bleed is experienced by a player when their thoughts and feelings are influenced by those of their character, or vice versa. With increasing bleed, the border between player and character becomes more and more transparent. It makes sense to think of the degree of bleed as a measure of how separated different levels of play (actual/inner/meta) are.

ㅤDistinguishing Features:ㅤ Across her face, Sunny bears a distinctive tattoo—anyone with a knowledge of Sea Wolf symbolism would understand that her tattoos are a mark of shame, someone who has made an inexcusable betrayal and been branded for it. The mark is unusual: she doesn’t take any measures to hide it and the lines of the brand are unusually clear, as though she did not fight the marking. She seems unaware of it most of the time, but she is frequently caught touching it during periods of introspection. The mark itself is intertwined with her aether like a parasite--a blight on her person in every way.Additionally, ever since their daughter was born, Sunny and Hesher have been working on a large, arcanima-based tattoo of protection on her back, that can be seen peeking out of the various outfits Sunny wears.Her eyes have dark circles beneath them no matter how rested she may seem, probably due to running ragged chasing her rambunctious spawn.

Reasons to RP with Sunny!While these aren’t pick up and plot hooks for the most part, hopefully these scenarios give you some insight into what your character may have seen Sunny do, or have heard about her acting a certain way. One.

Distantly Divine.

Prerequisite: None
Sunny almost always has a spread of fortune telling cards laid out in front of her, idly turning them over when she goes out for meal or a drink. Her deck is extremely worn - the faces of some of the cards are completely worn away, but the cards that remain are exquisitely hand painted with expensive materials including gold bordering all the cards.Most notably "the Tower" card is worn away to almost nothing in her deck. For some reason, it is clearly her most used card.Want a reading? If asked nicely, Sunny might even do one for you--though she won't pull any punches or gentle the advice of the cards like some. And she will laugh at you.

Tattoo of Dishonor

Prerequisite: Knowledge of Sea Wolf Culture OR Aethersight
Sunny has a very distinctive tattoo wrapped across her face that she makes no effort to hide. In fact, the lines on it are so straight that it seems as though she must have been very accommodating for the person who did the tattoo to keep it so neat.Her tattoo is a mark steeped in Sea Wolf symbolism--and if that wasn't odd enough on a Hellsguard, it's also less of a tattoo and more of a brand across her face. It's a brand for someone who has committed an unspeakable act and been caught. Anyone with a history of Sea Wolf symbolism would know this.For Those With Aethersight: Equally strange is the pulsing aether steeped into the very ink of the tattoo. What a puzzle.Are you curious enough (and brave enough) to ask about this minor curse tattooed on her face? Do you mistrust her because of the warning branded on her? Do you think you can break the spell? Do you even want to?

Mysterious Maps

Prerequisite: None
Sunny runs Sunrise Cartography, a map shop that she rarely mans and which pops up wherever she is when she feels like opening it.Not only will she will travel to make a map custom for a client, but even the most basic Sunrise Cartography maps can go for a pretty penny, as she has made a name for herself over the years with detail and innovation in her designs.Even with the already hefty price tag some maps are designated as "special" and marked up sky high and some people who have bought these "special" maps have disappeared and their bodies never recovered.OOC: IC, Sunny can divine maps that are keys to finding lost treasure. These special occult maps (aka OOC treasure maps) are rare even for her stock, and may or may not lead to....somewhere unknown. In or out of this world. Sunny, despite her name, is always cold to the touch in a manner that cannot be warmed away.While not necessarily aspected one way or the other, those who are extremely preceptive and have access to Aethersight might notice ice influenced "hotspots" where she has lingered, though they always fade away before long...Are you concerned for her health? It shouldn't be possible to live at such a cold temperature! Why is this fiery woman so ice influenced? What a mystery.

The Dissonance

Prerequisite: None.
Sunny, once a loner competing on the lower end of the competition, is now the Team Captain of a group of Crystalline Conflict fighters known as the Dissonance.The Dissonance is chaotic, as you might expect, and seems comprised almost entirely of experienced mercenaries...rather than show fighters. She's constantly having to remind them that HOW they hit someone is just as important as how HARD they hit someone. And to sell the hits they received, Twelve.Recently having gained a sponshorship from the House of Splendors, it seems the Dissonance is well on it's way to making it...bigger, at least. Who makes it big in pit fights unless you are a freak like Raubahn?Are you a fan? Do you want an autograph? Are you a critic? Are you brave enough to insult her to her face? Have you been to Tural? Please, someone get this woman in the Arcadion. She'd love it.

Sunny's husband, Hesher, is captain of the Loveless, an above board merchant vessel until one starts looking too closely.Sunny herself is a sneakthief who is more at home in the shadows than in the spotlight.Their child is the sweetest ball of sunshine with the stickiest fingers and is going to be a force of nature when she is older.This family is 1000% more than they try to appear, but most people are too scared to ask and happier not knowing about the truth. Those with deep ties to criminal dealings wold know with 100% certainty that Archon Graves is more than a mere merchant and is in fact captain of a pirate armada that is a dominant terror of sea and sky.Are you a rival?
